Important Notice

Once your order has been placed, the process started and no amendments or cancellations can be made. We are not able to combine orders, or make any changes during this time.

All orders are sent by AUSTRALIA POST. The shipping fees are calculated depending on weight and size using AUSTRALIA POST pricing.

Deliveries are sent using authority to leave your parcel without signature. If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home, the courier will leave your parcel in a secure location. Please ensure your items are delivered to a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to sign for the item. If you would like to add special information about your delivery, you can do it on notes on the checkout page.

Please take in consideration the following information about the delivery of your order:

•    Orders are shipped on business days only.
•    Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within the Australia.
•    Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
•    Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 2-5 business days Australia wide. 
•    In the unlikely that you haven't received your parcel within 5 business days of placing your order please, contact us at sales@lovelyskin.com.au to track your order and assist you.
•    Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as "successfully delivered" be the courier company.

International Deliveries

Lovely Skin is the exclusive Distributor of Aquolina and Pink Sugar in Australia only, therefore we cannot ship our products overseas, if you would like to receive information about the exclusive distributor or official stores on your country of residence, please contact us
