Redeeming Gift Cards

How to redeem your Lovely Skin Gift Card:

Our Gift Cards can be used in Lovely Skin online store only. To redeem a Gift Card online, please follow the steps below:

1. Find the PIN number located on the back of the Gift Card.
2. During checkout, look for the section marked "Gift Card/E-Gift Card" on the Payment page. 
3. Enter your Gift Card number and PIN, then click APPLY.
4. When making a purchase online, you may redeem as many Gift Cards per order as you would like. Simply enter each PIN number separately.
5. If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total online order amount, you must pay the remainder with a valid credit card or PayPal account.
6. If the amount of your Gift Card is for more than the total amount, the balance will remain on your Gift Card, and you may apply it to your next purchase.

Please keep all Gift Cards. If your order cannot be fulfilled or you return any items, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

How to redeem your Lovely Skin E-Gift Card:

E-Gift Cards can be used only on our Lovely Skin online store. 

To redeeming your E-Gift Card please follow the steps below:

1. Locate in you E-Gift Card the PIN number
2. During checkout, look for the section marked "Gift Card/E-Gift Card" on the Payment page.
3. Enter your E-Gift Card number and PIN, then click APPLY.

When making a purchase online, you may redeem as many E-Gift Cards per order as you would like. Simply enter each E-Gift Card number and PIN separately.
If the amount of your E-Gift Card does NOT cover the total online order amount, you must pay the remainder with a valid credit card or PayPal account.
If the amount of your E-Gift Card is for more than the total amount, the balance will remain on your E-Gift Card, and you may apply it to your next purchase.
If your order cannot be fulfilled or you return any items, your credit will be issued as a new E-Gift Card.

Redeeming your Gift Card/E-Gift Card in stores:

Aquolina and Pink Sugar products are exclusively sold by Lovely Skin in Australia through our Website. But in the future you will be able to redeem yourgift cards through important Cosmetics Companies or Department Stores.
